1:We are a precision injection mold manufacturer, specializing in automotive components. Our products are widely used in automotive electronic parts, connectors, sensors, solenoid valves, braking systems, steering systems, suspension systems, body stability systems, motors, thermal management systems, and the three-electric systems of new energy vehicles. Our primary clients include Bosch, Continental, Schaeffler, TE and Valeo.
2:In addition to providing precision complete molds, we also customize mold parts for our clients according to their drawings. Our machining equipment includes 13 CNC machines from YASDA, Roeders, and Makino, as well as 18 Makino, Sodick, and Seibu precision EDM and wire-cutting machines. We also have 10 precision grinding machines. Our precision measurement equipment includes three Zeiss and Hexagon CMMs, Nikon tool microscopes, Nikon projectors, and over 30 VMS image measuring systems and other precision measuring instruments.
3:We have 27 precision electric injection molding machines from Fanuc and Sumitomo, as well as 5 sets of vertical rotary injection molding machines. Additionally, we operate a Class 100,000 dust-free injection molding workshop. Our facilities are equipped with advanced precision measuring equipments, supported by a professional injection molding technology team and a quality management team. We are certified under the ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems by TUV.
